Cost: $3M Description: The design intent focused on an efficient steel truss structure that allows for two levels of open plan, flexible multi-use commercial spaces and parking. The skin of the warehouse-type building introduces large spans of glass and a metal screen that creates a filter of light and sound of the busy Roosevelt Avenue.
