Program: New construction of a single-family house and Guest House on a sloped terrain facing Lake Carraizo.
Description: The owner envisioned a house by the lake that was immersed in and connected to nature. The design criteria included a sustainable approach to the site, utilizing natural materials like exposed board-formed concrete and capturing natural ventilation and light. The open plan, high ceilings and oversized glass sliding doors, all connect to the outdoor pool terrace and view of the lake beyond.
