Residence Villalba Client: Gabriel y Gisela García Location: Villalba, PR Phase: Completed Year: 2009 Size: 3,500 sq. ft. Cost: withheld Description: A house in the mountains of Villalba that was destroyed by Hurricane Maria. The concrete structure columns and angled beams survived the hurricane, however the galvalume roof and wooden lateral walls needed to be replaced. The client was open to take advantage of the opportunity and we proposed a new wooden wall exterior wall with new window openings. The incredible panoramic view becomes a central focal point as the spaces were designed and distributed.
