Description: The pharmaceutical facilities commissioned JF Group for a design build option to address the new branding of the company. The design begins at the parking lot where employees approach the Main entrance via a promenade lined with planters and benches. The promenade is a concrete slab designed with an angular pattern of varying aggregate sizes and shades of grey. This pattern is then brought into the Lobby with vinyl tiles of similar angles and colors. The Lobby was conceived as a pristine double-height space with clean lines and sharp angles. The entrance steel portico remains to be worked as a Phase 2 construction.
