Description: The project re-structures the existing single-family home into an 8-unit high end luxury beach Guest House.
The strategy behind the design’s intent is to give the property a new presence on the corner lot of Caoba and Laurel streets of Punta Las Marias.
The high ceiling entrance portico proposed takes advantage of the corner lot condition and maximizes its visibility from all angles. The internal distribution allows for guests to engage via a common area lounge, kitchen and open terrace that connects to the pool. The owner’s vast experience on tourist destinations has been a great instrumental in interior design and amenities.
