Description: The project was to remodel an existing house built in 1994 by architect Carlos J. Ralat. The task at hand was to accommodate larger bedrooms, Master Wing, open up the living spaces, add a guest house, large 4-car garage and re-organize pool areas. In addition to a major re-distribution of spaces, the design incorporates all mechanical and electrical systems of a modern, sustainable home. The main feature is the oversized entry foyer as the focal point of the new house.
