Description: The new construction of a single-family dwelling was designed to embrace the tropical climate and frame the views of the ocean and marina below. The 2-level concrete structure is set on a sloped site which allowed bedrooms on the upper level to cantilever out and over. The house is focused on large open communal spaces that connect with each other by large central stairs and oversized balcony.
