Description: The existing Tito Rojas home was built in 1996. The current layout was enhanced by adding a new portico entrance and a significant addition on the 2nd level. The Master Wing was redistributed and improved while the other four bedrooms have new bathrooms. The other improvements to the property include new pool and deck area and a new exterior stair that leads to a covered rooftop area. The proposed scheme combined with the vision of the Owner’s aesthetics create a new building type for Palmas del Mar.
