Description: The original white-stucco villas were built in 1972 along the golf course of the original Dorado Beach (now the Ritz Carlton Reserve). These boxy villas have a great scale and use terraces and patios on the north and south facades to create common area spaces. The project scope consisted of living, dining, kitchen, family, pool and Master Wing of the first level and four en-suite bedrooms on the 2nd level. The Master Wing also has a mezzanine with a gym/office space. The distribution allowed for a smooth flow between spaces reinforced by a visual axis of 75 feet of distance. The design team coordinated all utilities with the sophisticated details of lighting, finishes and furnishings provided by Jean Pierre Santoni.
