Description: The new construction townhouse project for a single-family was distributed into four levels and connected vertically by floating steel straight stairs. As you enter the house you can experience the 22 feet high ceiling living / dining space, large windows towards the view and skylight above the stairs. Due to the typical limitations the town house model can present, we decided to cantilever large balconies of the main structure to float out towards the view. The program includes large open kitchen, living, dining, (3) en-suites bedrooms, Master wing, laundry, gym, TV lounge, outdoor kitchen, and a pool deck area.
