Description: The gradual incline of the site offered a great opportunity to plan a beach community with villas that are accommodated to address privacy and ocean views and breeze. The open first floor plan sets the tone for an informal living of relaxed comfort and leisure. The driveway opens up to the living space which connects to the stair and kitchen space as a way to facilitate the transition from the beach experience. The rooftop terrace connects you back to the beach with the views and plunge pool.
