Program: Full 2-story Villa interior renovation.
Description: The original white-stucco villas were built in 1972 along the golf course of the original Dorado Beach (now the Ritz Carlton Reserve). In 2005 the house underwent an expansion on the 2nd floor by adding 2 bedrooms and bathrooms through a hallway, a skylight multi-use room. In 2013, the Master bathroom was fully remodeled as well as the Powder bathroom and exterior windows and sliding door upgrade. In 2023, in collaboration with interior designer Juliette Calaf, the entire house will be remodeled starting by replacing the existing floor tile, new kitchen cabinets, lighting, A/C and interior finishes and furnishings. The design strategy maintained the relaxed, informal beach house vibe while upscaling the finishes and furniture
