YMCA San Juan – Centro Deportivo Jaime Luis González Inclán Client: YMCA of San Juan Location: San Juan, PR Phase: Completed Year: 2023 Size: 11,000 sq. ft. Cost: $1.2M Program: Full rehabilitation of sports facility. Description: The steel structure sports facility was severely damaged by Hurricane Maria on September 17th, 2017. The galvalume roof panels had been blown off and the structural columns and reinforcements were also damaged. The project scope consisted of re-structuring steel columns and purlins, new roof panels and improvements to the concrete base. In addition, we took the opportunity to introduce a new entrance to the multiple-sport facility, establish a new image, present new colors and bathrooms.
